Petersfield - Shoulder of Mutton - Petersfield: 8.63 miles

A surprise meeting on this walk! I'd just staggered up the hill to the seat at the Shoulder of Mutton - where I intended to have breakfast - when a friend from church: Catriona came running up the hill! It was good to see a friendly face and Catriona took a few photographs.

They had been doing some work felling trees and burning some of the wood...		... and the fire was still glowing!
Free logs - but quite a way from a road! May 2020: they have gone now!
