Liphook - Liss: 8.74 miles

Another new walk - I caught the 9:18 am train from Petersfield to Liphook then walked the seven miles to Liss along the Shipwrights Way. The path is very well sign-posted and is through mainly wooded countryside on metalled paths and tracks. The lack of lots of good views may make this an occasional walk.

The walk started at Liphook Station and ended at List station

Ordnance Survey do it again, again - the pylon was so close the path that I could only get back far
enough to take a photograph of the foot!

Unexpected fauna!   Breakfast is served!

Although much of the walk was through woodland there was a section which offered some lovely views, some natural...

... others man-made

Reminders of the military railway - the last section of the walk was on the old track bed
