A good walk, though, with footpaths not quite as muddy as I had feared - though some were. I spotted a "hot air" balloon - they are filled with water vapour and carbon dioxide which is created when the gas is burnt - not hot air! |

The ballon over the A3 - the footpath crosses the road via a footbridge - what a wonderful country we live in where bridges are built to allow people to continue walking along footpaths over main roads! |
