| Uranus is "tipped" on its side so that its north pole is almost pointing straight at the sun for half its year, then away from the sun for the other half. The theory is that an Earth-sized planet may have collided with Uranus which forced its axis to drastically shift.
It has two sets of dark coloured rings and 27 moons. |
